We are pioneering a new field in kitchen automation by building a robotic kitchen that can prepare a large variety of dishes using fresh ingredients. We do so by leveraging modern cooking appliances with robotics, computer vision, and artificial intelligence. To our knowledge, no other robotic kitchen is able to prepare the variety and quality of meals our system delivers. We provide kitchen-as-a-service units to enterprise clients in the restaurant and cafeteria industry, helping them with labor shortages, staff turnover, and to create new market opportunities. Our technology allows for the collaboration with human cooks and is meant to complement, rather than replace them.
Our robots can prepare numerous dishes, ranging from simple vegetable soup to risotto with filet mignon on red wine reduction. The following are pictures of some of the actual meals we cooked.
